We're a backend and AI engineering team — Python, FastAPI, Django, LLM infrastructure — building for growing product companies. We're hiring a BDE to own our Upwork pipeline.

No Upwork experience needed. No coding needed. We have a documented SOP, proposal templates, and a training process. We need the right person to train.

What you'll do

- Find well-fit jobs using our qualification framework
- Write cover letters from our templates, tailored to each client's actual problem
- Run Upwork chats: discovery questions, scheduling calls, follow-ups
- Loop in the tech team on complex proposals
- Report weekly on connects used, response rate, conversions

What we need

- Strong written English — explicit and human, not template-stiff
- Confident on calls with US/UK/EU/AU clients (expect some evening hours)
- Coachable. The first 3 months are strict SOP.



We'd rather you ask 20 questions a day than improvise.
- Self-directed between check-ins
- In or near Mohali
- Curious about tech — enough to understand what a client is asking for

Bonus: Upwork, IT sales, or B2B outreach experience; familiarity with Python/AI tooling.
