About PG Ease

PG Ease is building simple technology for India's PG and rental accommodation ecosystem.

We're looking for a confident, energetic and creative Content Creator who enjoys being on camera and wants to become one of the faces of PG Ease across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

You will help turn PG-owner problems, product features, startup stories and everyday PG experiences into engaging videos.

What You'll Own

On-Camera Content

- Be the face of PG Ease across Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

- Appear in Reels, Shorts, product explainers and educational videos.

- Speak naturally and confidently on camera.

- Record talking-head videos and short-form videos.

- Participate in PG-owner interviews and customer stories.

- Travel locally when required for field/customer shoots.

Content Ideas & Scripts
- Come up with fresh video ideas.

- Write or help develop short-form scripts.

- Turn PG-owner problems into engaging content.

- Create hooks that capture attention in the first few seconds.

- Explain PG Ease features in a simple and relatable way.

- Create Hindi/Hinglish/English content depending on the topic.

Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Create short-form videos for Instagram and YouTube.

- Follow relevant trends and adapt them to PG Ease.

- Experiment with different formats, hooks and storytelling styles.

- Work with the editor to improve the final video.

LinkedIn Content
- Participate in founder/startup/product videos.

- Create short educational and business-focused videos.

- Help turn PG industry insights into LinkedIn content.

- Repurpose useful video content into LinkedIn-friendly formats.

Production Collaboration




- Work with the Social Media Manager on the content calendar.

- Work with the video editor on editing and revisions.

- Give input on thumbnails, hooks and video structure.

- Help maintain consistency in PG Ease's visual and communication style.

You Are the Right Fit If You...

- Are comfortable being on camera.

- Have good communication and presentation skills.

- Can speak naturally instead of sounding like you're reading a script.

- Can communicate confidently in Hindi/Hinglish and English.

- Understand Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

- Enjoy creating and experimenting with content.

- Can think of interesting hooks and video ideas.

- Are comfortable talking to strangers and interviewing PG owners.

- Are willing to learn about PG operations and our product.

- Can work from our Noida location.

Big Plus Points
- You've previously created Reels, Shorts or YouTube videos.

- You have your own Instagram/YouTube account.

- You've worked as a creator, presenter, anchor or influencer.

- You have experience with B2B, SaaS, real estate or startup content.

- You know basic video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.

- You're comfortable conducting interviews.

- You naturally communicate in Hindi/Hinglish.

You don't need to be an expert editor.

Practical experience includes:

- Canva

- Smartphone camera/basic shooting

First 30 Days
- Understand PG Ease and our target audience.

- Become comfortable with our content style.

- Produce your first set of videos.

- Develop multiple repeatable video formats.

By 60 Days
- Consistently appear in PG Ease video content.

- Develop stronger hooks and storytelling.

- Participate in PG-owner/customer interviews.

- Build a reliable shooting workflow.

By 90 Days
- Become a consistent on-camera representative of PG Ease.

- Produce high-quality short-form content consistently.

- Develop repeatable video series.

- Help establish a recognizable PG Ease content style.
