About the RoleWe are looking for a Pre-Sales professional to support the Sales team in acquiring and onboarding merchants for our Payment Gateway and payment solutions. The candidate will be responsible for - Understanding merchant business models and payment requirements, conducting product demonstrations. Supporting RFP/RFI responses, handling technical and product discussions. Helping the Sales team convert opportunities into successful merchant wins.
The ideal candidate should have - A robust understanding of digital payments, payment gateways, UPI, cards, net banking, payment APIs, settlements, refunds, reconciliation, fraud/risk, and merchant onboarding.
Preferred Candidate Profile● 2–6 years of experience in FinTech, Payment Gateway, Banking,



SaaS or B2BTechnology.● Experience in Payment Gateway / Payment Aggregator sales or pre-sales ispreferred.● Experience working with enterprise merchants is an advantage.● Strong understanding of digital payment products.● Comfortable working with Sales, Product, Technology and Risk teams.● Strong analytical, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Educational Qualification● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, ComputerScience or a related field.● MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Finance or Technology is an advantage.
