Job Description:
Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 technical support for SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents, defects, and application issues.

- Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.

- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.

- Work with Fiori Elements, Smart Controls, and SAPUI5 MVC architecture.

- Develop, consume, and troubleshoot OData services.

- Analyze and resolve issues related to Fiori Launchpad, catalogs, groups, roles, and tiles.

- Troubleshoot SAP Gateway and OData-related issues.

- Work with backend teams on ABAP, CDS Views, BAPIs, and APIs where required.

- Monitor application performance and implement performance optimization.

- Handle change requests, enhancements, and technical improvements.

- Coordinate with functional, ABAP, Basis, security, and infrastructure teams.





- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.

- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.

- Support SAP S/4HANA Fiori implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5.

- Strong knowledge of OData/OData Services.

- Experience with SAP Fiori Launchpad.

- Good understanding of S/4HANA.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, and JSON.

- Experience with Fiori Elements and CDS Views.

- Strong troubleshooting and L3 production support experience.

- Valuable understanding of SAP Gateway.

- Experience in RCA, incident management, and defect resolution.
