About the RoleThe role will be responsible for managing funding, liquidity, banking relationships, debt capital markets, treasury operations, investments and regulatory compliance.This is a strategic treasury role requiring strong exposure to debt instruments, capital markets, banking relationships, cash management and treasury accounting, along with the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs1. Capital Markets & Debt ManagementStructure, execute and manage CPs, NCDs and Term LoansCoordinate with credit rating agencies, merchant bankers, debenture trustees, institutional investors and banksSupport fundraising and debt optimization initiativesManage financing documentation, security creation and ROC/CERSAI filingsMonitor debt portfolio, repayment schedules and borrowing costs

Liquidity & Treasury InvestmentsManage daily cash positioning and liquidity across bank accountsOptimize surplus funds across money market instruments, mutual funds and fixed-income investmentsDrive cash-flow and working-capital forecastingEnsure efficient deployment of funds and minimize idle cash

Banking Relationships & Treasury OperationsManage strategic relationships with banks and financial institutionsNegotiate banking facilities, pricing and credit limitsOversee H2H, CMS and online banking platformsManage banking access controls, signatory matrices, payment gateways and collection accountsSupport internal, statutory and regulatory audits

Treasury Accounting, MIS & ReportingEnsure accurate treasury accounting through SAP FICO/TRMManage accounting for interest accruals, loan repayments, borrowing costs and treasury transactionsBuild and monitor MIS covering debt, liquidity, interest costs, yield and risk metricsPresent treasury insights to senior leadership
5. Regulatory Compliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirementsMonitor RBI guidelines, FEMA and KYC requirementsEnsure timely treasury-related regulatory filingsManage ROC/CERSAI registrations and documentationDrive continuous improvement in treasury processes and controls
Must-Haves
8–10 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Treasury, Capital Markets,



Banking or Financial InstitutionsCA / MBA Finance / CFA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in FinanceStrong hands-on experience in Debt Capital Markets and Corporate TreasuryExposure to CPs, NCDs, Term Loans and debt fundraisingStrong understanding of liquidity and cash-flow managementExperience managing banking relationships and treasury operationsWorking knowledge of SAP FICO/TRMStrong understanding of RBI, FEMA, KYC and treasury complianceExperience with ROC/CERSAI charge creation and filingsStrong stakeholder management and analytical skills
