As an Oracle CPQ Manager, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational efficiency for our clients by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on Oracle's suite of applications, managing the entire customer journey from lead generation to revenue realization and customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal in configuring Oracle lead management, sales automation, marketing automation, and customer experience solutions tailored to organizational needs.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by inspiring, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver quality results. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- BE/BTech/MCA/MSc or equivalent degree
- Experience in Quote to Cash and CPQ processes
- Knowledgeable of product configuration and pricing setups
- Experience in integrating CRM with ERP systems
- Skilled in HTML, XML, and JavaScript
- Ability to develop web-service integrations
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer communication skills
