- Client Acquisition & Sourcing: Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and acquire recent customers via cold calling, local canopy activities, leaflet distribution, and channel partner networks (real estate agents, developers).
- End-to-End Loan Processing: Manage the complete customer journey from login to disbursement, including documentation collection, eligibility checks, and customer counseling.
- Credit & Risk Evaluation: Conduct preliminary due diligence, property valuation, and risk assessments to check application viability and maintain portfolio health.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal credit, legal, and operations departments to ensure smooth processing and timely loan disbursement.
- Portfolio & Compliance Management: Monitor active loan portfolios, assist in recovery efforts to prevent defaults, and ensure strict compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
