Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed estimates for Mechanical Equipment, Civil & Structural, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation scopes.
* Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings and project specifications.
* Prepare quantity take-offs, cost sheets and techno-commercial proposals.
* Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Vendors and Project Teams for estimation inputs.
* Analyse vendor quotations, market rates and project costs.
* Identify cost risks and opportunities for cost optimisation.
* Lead the estimation team and ensure timely and accurate submission of estimates.

Required Criteria
Diploma / B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Chemical and 12+ years of experience in Project Estimation / Costing.
Strong experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Process Plant / Industrial Projects.
Hands-on knowledge of multi-discipline estimation and quantity take-off.
Good understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, tendering and cost estimation.
Strong analytical, commercial and coordination skills.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.
