Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in Water Treatment Plants and related systems. The candidate will be responsible for sales growth, new customer acquisition, business development, client handling, and managing commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business growth plans for Water Treatment Plants and Services.
- Generate and manage enquiries for Pumps & Services based on customer requirements.
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Handle Water Treatment Plant projects such as ETP, STP, ZLD, UF, RO and DM.
- Understand the technical and commercial requirements of clients and propose suitable solutions.
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, end users, architects and other stakeholders for vendor approvals.
- Handle commercial negotiations, order closures, payment follow-ups and related compliance.
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of products and services.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct customer meetings,



presentations and other business development activities.
- Handle customer issues and coordinate for service follow-ups.
- Manage customer communication and activities through CRM and report to management.
- Support and guide the sales team through coaching and training.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Water Treatment Plant / WTP business.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management in the relevant territory.
- Experience in market development and sales in WTP markets.
- Good technical and commercial understanding.
- Positive communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently handle customers and negotiations.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing, design and installation.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
