Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Creative Sales with 2–5 years of experience in a creative, marketing, media, advertising, branding, or events agency.

The role involves generating new business, building client relationships, pitching creative solutions, and closing opportunities across campaigns, content, events, brand partnerships, and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business and qualified leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach.
- Build relationships with brands, founders, marketing heads, agencies, and decision-makers.
- Pitch creative campaigns, branded content, events, and partnership solutions.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
- Work with creative,



strategy, production, and content teams to develop proposals.
- Identify opportunities for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Drive repeat business and long-term client relationships.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, creative sales, client servicing, or new business.
- Agency experience in creative, advertising, media, marketing, branding, or events preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads, pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
- Robust communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of creative campaigns, branding, content, digital, media, and events.
- Existing brand/marketing network is a strong advantage.
- Proactive, target-driven, confident, and commercially minded.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
