We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the IT/software industry.
Tasks -
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements -
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in the IT or Software industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, web/mobile development, or related technology solutions.
- Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
