About the Role

We are hiring a highly skilled Business Development Executive to manage the full sales and BD lifecycle for the US healthcare market.

This is not a basic cold-calling role — we need someone who can handle end-to-end business development, build pipelines, nurture prospects, negotiate, and close deals independently.

You will work with nursing facilities, care homes, clinics, and healthcare providers across the United States to promote our lab testing services and medical billing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete business development cycle
- Lead generation through outreach tools, scrapers, and platforms
- Conduct cold calling to US-based healthcare providers
- Pitch diagnostic testing and medical billing services
- Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipeline updates
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities
- Schedule appointments, demos, and follow-up meetings
- Negotiate pricing and close deals (with support from management if required)




- Track performance metrics and meet monthly KPIs
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis

Qualifications & Skills Required

- Minimum 1–3 years experience in international sales or BD (US market preferred)
- Strong cold calling, follow-up, and closing abilities
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Experience using CRM tools and outreach automation platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or lab services is an advantage
- Comfortable working night shifts (PST)
- Organized, self-driven, and target-oriented
