We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Consumer Banking Applications to drive requirement gathering, process improvement, and solution delivery across banking technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create User Stories, BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate business process re-engineering and process improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to deliver solutions.
- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and translated into technical specifications.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Support UAT, issue resolution, and project implementation activities.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.




- Mandatory experience in Consumer Banking Applications .
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and business analysis.
- Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred

- Experience in Banking, FinTech, or Digital Banking projects.
- Exposure to digital channels, lending, payments, deposits, or retail banking products.
