Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Thrissur center, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of all academic and administrative activities. This role includes managing staff schedules and performance, coordinating training programs, and maintaining high service standards for learners and partners.

The Branch

Manager will monitor enrollment targets, drive local marketing initiatives, and build relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders. They will handle budgeting and resource planning, track key performance indicators,



and ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality benchmarks. The role also involves resolving escalated learner issues, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with senior management to align the branch with overall institutional goals.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising teams and fostering collaborative work environments.
- Operational and administrative management abilities, including center management, scheduling, budgeting, and process optimization.
- Customer service and stakeholder relationship skills to interact effectively with learners, parents, institutional partners, and vendors.
- Sales and marketing acumen, including local outreach, lead generation, and conversion to meet enrollment and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and use digital tools and CRM or learning management systems for decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
- Prior experience in education, training, test prep, or service-oriented industries in a branch or center management role is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time constraints while maintaining quality standards.
