GHARUDA FOODS – Thanjavur Factory

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Beverage Factory Manager to oversee the complete beverage manufacturing operations at our Thanjavur factory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day beverage production operations.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.
- Manage manpower, production lines, machinery, and overall factory activities.
- Ensure beverage products are manufactured according to quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, production processes, and finished goods.
- Maintain production records, batch records, stock records, and other factory documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, and Management teams.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown rectification.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment.
- Implement and maintain GMP, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene practices.




- Monitor production wastage and take measures to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and food safety requirements.
- Lead, train, and motivate factory staff and production workers.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare regular production reports and update management on factory performance.

Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Beverage Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Candidates with relevant qualifications and experience in beverage/FMCG manufacturing will be preferred.

Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in beverage manufacturing / FMCG / food processing.
- Experience in RTD beverages, fruit drinks, juices, flavoured drinks, health drinks, or similar beverage production will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,405.58 - ₹62,163.74 per month
