## Job Opening – Backend Developer | 1–2 Years Experience

We are looking for a Backend Developer with 1–2 years of experience who has a strong understanding of backend development, API development, databases, and server-side application workflows.

### Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications and REST APIs.
- Design, develop, test, and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Handle complete backend workflows including request validation, business logic, database operations, and API responses.
- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL.
- Design database tables, relationships, queries, and basic data models.
- Implement CRUD operations, filtering, pagination, sorting, and search APIs.
- Implement Authentication and Authorization using JWT, roles, and permissions.
- Understand and implement proper API error handling, validation, logging, and exception handling.
- Integrate backend APIs with frontend applications and third-party services.
- Understand basic security practices such as password hashing, access control, environment variables, and secure API development.
- Debug and troubleshoot backend, API, and database-related issues.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured backend code.
- Work closely with frontend developers, testers, and other team members.





### Required Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript
- Node.js
- Knowledge of backend frameworks such as NestJS / Express.js
- REST API development and integration
- PostgreSQL / MySQL
- Basic knowledge of ORM tools such as TypeORM / Prisma / Sequelize
- Authentication concepts – JWT, Access Token, Refresh Token
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Database relationships, joins, indexing, and query optimization basics
- API testing using Postman / Swagger
- Git & GitHub
- Basic understanding of deployment, servers, workplace configuration, and cloud concepts

### Good to Have

- Experience with NestJS PostgreSQL TypeORM/Prisma
- Basic knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP
- Docker fundamentals
- CI/CD basics
- Redis or caching concepts
- WebSockets / real-time communication
- Firebase / Supabase knowledge
- Experience working on ERP, CRM, HRMS, POS, or other business applications

### What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who understands how a backend application works end-to-end, rather than only knowing how to write basic CRUD APIs.

The candidate should be comfortable understanding a requirement, designing the database structure, developing APIs, implementing business logic, handling authentication and authorization, testing the APIs, debugging issues, and supporting deployment.

Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹330,000.00 per year
