Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of DevOps practices and CI/CD solutions across Azure environments. The candidate will be responsible for CI/CD development, implementing, improving automation, and driving cloud and DevOps best practices across development and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft Azure services..
- Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement automated build, deployment, testing, and release processes.
- Manage and optimize Azure DevOps Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, and Test Plans.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or ARM/Bicep templates.




- Implement branching strategies, pull-request workflows, code reviews, and release management processes.
- Integrate automated security and quality checks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement DevSecOps practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Implement deployment strategies such as Blue-Green, Canary, and Rolling deployments where required.
- Automate operational activities using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and scripting.
- Work closely with developers, architects, QA, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior DevOps engineers.
- Establish DevOps standards, reusable templates, documentation, and best practices.
- Participate in production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes / AKS.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform.
- Strong scripting experience using Groovy and Shell Scripting.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
