About PG Ease

PG Ease is building simple technology for India's PG and rental accommodation ecosystem.

Our platform helps PG owners manage tenants, rooms, beds, rent, payments, KYC, complaints, staff, communication and everyday operations from one place.

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can take ownership of PG Ease's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube and help us build a strong, recognizable brand.

What You'll Own

Social Media Strategy

- Manage PG Ease's Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube presence.

- Build and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.

- Plan content around PG owners, tenants, property management, business, technology and PG Ease.

- Research trends, competitors and relevant industry conversations.

- Develop content ideas that increase brand awareness and engagement.

- Understand what type of content works differently on Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Content Planning & Publishing
- Plan Reels, Shorts, carousels, static posts and LinkedIn posts.

- Write captions, hooks, headlines and post copy.

- Schedule and publish content consistently.

- Coordinate with the Content Creator, Designer and Video Editor.

- Ensure every post follows PG Ease's brand identity.

Instagram
- Manage Reels, Stories, carousels and posts.

- Identify relevant trends and content formats.

- Monitor engagement, shares, saves and reach.

- Build recurring content series for PG owners and tenants.

LinkedIn
- Build PG Ease's company presence on LinkedIn.

- Create startup, product, industry and founder-related content.

- Repurpose relevant content from Instagram/YouTube into LinkedIn-friendly formats.

- Track impressions,



engagement and follower growth.

YouTube
- Manage the YouTube content calendar.

- Coordinate Shorts and long-form uploads.

- Write titles, descriptions and basic SEO metadata.

- Organize playlists and channel content.

- Monitor views, retention and engagement.

Analytics & Growth
- Track weekly/monthly social media performance.

- Identify which topics, formats and hooks perform well.

- Prepare easy performance reports.

- Use data to improve the next content cycle.

You Are the Right Fit If You...

- Have 0–2 years of social media management experience.

- Have managed Instagram, LinkedIn and/or YouTube accounts.

- Understand social media algorithms, trends and content formats.

- Can create a practical content calendar.

- Have strong writing and communication skills.

- Understand the difference between Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube audiences.

- Can work independently and take ownership.

- Are comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

- Can coordinate with designers, editors and content creators.

Big Plus Points
- You've managed a startup or SaaS company's social media.

- You've grown an Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube page organically.

- You understand Hindi/Hinglish audiences.

- You have experience with B2B,



SaaS, real estate or SMB content.

- You understand basic Canva and video-editing workflows.

- You have experience with Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio.
