Key Roles &Responsibilities;

- Ownership of filing non-health products.
- Regular Market Research and analysis for new concepts.
- Reviewing accuracy of product related documents/collaterals.
- Organize and leadstakeholders'discussions and share requisite information for product filing/launch.
- Ensuring launch of current products in co-ordination with Underwriters, IT, and Marketingteams etc.
- Interaction with stakeholders across channels to understand and deliver on new requirements
- Data and MIS management for reporting purposes.
- Regulatory documentation and preparation of compliance reports
- Attending to Audit requirements.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

- Graduation or Post Graduation

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills;





- 4–8 years of experience in product development, regulatory filing, or product operations within general insurance.
- Strong exposure toIRDAI product filing, compliance documentation, and audit requirements.
- Experience coordinating withUnderwriting, IT, Marketing, Operations, and Legalteams for product launches.
- Hands?on experience inmarket research, competitor analysis, and new product feasibilityassessments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and project?execution capability to drive cross?functional deliverables smoothly.
