What Youll Need

- 15 years of experience in operations and supply chain.
- Proven experience in scaling up operations or managing greenfield scale-ups.
- Strong bias for impact-based action in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical approach to problem-solving with a metrics-driven focus.
- Focus on building a culture of frugality without compromising safety or customer satisfaction.
- Ability to think creatively, lead others, and drive change to achieve results.
- Demonstrated ability to develop team members into higher leadership roles.
- Knowledge of fulfillment/sortation operations, including high-speed conveyor systems and automated equipment.
- Background in leading teams of 500 operators and staff, including industrial relations management.
- Strong change management skills across processes, policies, training, and systems.

What Youll Do

- Spearhead Grocery Sourcing Hub Zonal Operations for Flipkart.
- Plan, design, and operationalize fulfillment centers.
- Monitor MH operations and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review and optimize the distribution network.




- Partner with external supply chain experts to implement global initiatives.
- Drive the planning, design, and operationalization of optimized delivery networks with central teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and operationalize business process innovation.
- Ensure delivery quality assurance.
- Manage financial budgeting and execution, including P&L; accountability for the fulfillment center.
- Develop, mentor, and motivate a distributed team to achieve key objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

* Warehouse Operations Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in managing warehouse operations, with proven ability to deliver performance targets.

- Quick Commerce Industry Background: Prior experience working in the quick commerce sector, with understanding of its unique operational challenges and quick-paced environment.
- People Management Skills: Demonstrated capability as a people manager, with experience in leading teams, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of ownership.
- Regional Language Awareness: Familiarity with regional languages to effectively engage with diverse workforce and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
