Dulcet Holding is a dynamic financial solutions platform specializing in supply chain finance and lending intermediary services. We are expanding our footprint and looking for highly capable Relationship Managers and Assistant Vice Presidents (AVP) across 4 key regions to drive our supply chain and dealer finance portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, acquire, and manage relationships with Key Anchors and their supply chain ecosystems (dealers and vendors).
- Drive continuous business growth across Supply Chain Finance, Dealer Finance, and Factoring portfolios.
- Pitch financial solutions to corporate clients, structure deals, and negotiate terms effectively.
- Convert leads and independently drive "in-hand" cases to successful closure.
- For AVP Level: Take charge of strategic territory growth, manage high-value key accounts, and guide the broader sales strategy in your designated location.

Required Candidate Profile:

- Core Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Finance and/or Dealer Finance is mandatory.




- Platform Expertise: Solid preference for candidates with experience on TReDS platforms (M1xchange or RXIL) or similar fintech factoring platforms like KredX.
- Industry Background: Prior professional experience working within an NBFC is highly preferred.
- Anchor Management: Demonstrated success and proven track record in onboarding and managing Anchors.
- Key Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills combined with strong negotiation power.
- Action-Oriented: Candidates who have "in-hand" cases and can immediately showcase their business-generation skills will be given top priority.

Notice Period: 30 days or less is highly preferred.
