Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive Samsung Mobile channel and distribution sales in the assigned territory.
- Handle distributors, dealers, retailers and channel partners effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with distributors and retail partners.
- Lead, monitor and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Track secondary sales, stock, market performance and outlet productivity.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare and analyse daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of company schemes, promotions and sales strategies.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for stock availability and smooth business operations.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and business growth.

Mandatory Requirements
- Handset/Mobile Industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Channel Sales & Distribution Sales is mandatory.
- Team handling experience is mandatory.
- Must have good working knowledge of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables in MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and distribution network will be preferred.
- Good communication,



negotiation and team-management skills.

Location Requirement – Important
- Candidate must be Nagpur-based.
- Candidates whose base location is Nagpur are eligible.
- Relocation candidates will be considered only if their existing/base location is Nagpur.
- Candidates from other base locations who are looking to relocate to Nagpur will not be considered for this position.
