- Own the maintenance plan for the assigned area and allocate responsibilities across O&M; engineers, FRT, civil and patrolling teams.
- Review open TTs, incident severity, ageing and restoration progress, and intervene where service timelines are at risk.
- Check daily planning against actual closures, identify blockers and reallocate resources through the authorised process.
- Review RCA and repeat-cut locations, assign corrective actions and verify whether the actions reduce recurrence.
- Plan route inspections and preventive maintenance covering aerial sections, ducts, chambers, joints and vulnerable crossings.
- Coordinate approved route protection, shifting and underground-conversion work, including access and permission dependencies.
- Maintain professional coordination with clients, utility contractors and authorised municipal or local stakeholders for network protection.




- Check manpower, vehicle, tool and material readiness, and escalate shortages that affect area coverage or restoration.
- Supervise contractor quality and productivity, and verify work quantities and records within the assigned authority.
- Ensure testing, closure evidence, fibre records and as-built updates are complete and available to NOC and GIS.
- Coach field supervisors and engineers, reinforce protected working practices and coordinate people issues with HR.
- Submit area performance reports, client commitments and unresolved risks to the senior O&M; management team.

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹61,000.00 per month
