An Area Manager at a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) oversees multiple branches or a designated geographic region to drive business growth, manage operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Growth & Targets: Drive portfolio profitability, manage budgets, and meet regional loan disbursement or sales targets (such as gold loans, mortgages, or retail assets).
- Team Leadership & Recruitment: Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate branch managers and sales officers within the assigned area.
- Operational Control: Monitor day-to-day branch functioning, cash flow management, and loan processing workflows to maintain efficiency.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, internal credit policies, and risk management standards.
- Relationship Management: Build strategic ties with key channel partners,



local stakeholders, and corporate clients to expand market penetration.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; an MBA or Post-Graduate degree in Marketing or Finance is often preferred.
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, with specific prior experience handling NBFC operations or multi-branch teams.
- Core Skills: Solid financial acumen, local market knowledge, team management, data analysis, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
