Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Configure and manage Real-Time Customer Profiles and Identity Resolution.
- Develop and maintain customer data ingestion pipelines from multiple data sources.
- Create and manage XDM schemas, datasets, dataflows, and identities.
- Build audience segmentation strategies for marketing and personalization use cases.
- Implement and support Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) campaigns and customer journeys.
- Integrate AEP with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, AEM, CRM, and third-party platforms.
- Monitor platform performance, data quality, and data governance compliance.
- Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and platform optimization activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, marketers, and development teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications
