Working Conditions: -

- 6 working days per week
- Sunday will be weekly off
- This is a full-time, on-site role.
- During peak business periods or higher workload, the candidate may be required to extend working hours by approximately 1-2 hours, based on business requirements.

Job Summary: -

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts, Inventory & Operations Manager to manage end-to-end accounting, inventory and operational activities for a growing jewellery business. The role will work closely with the management and requires strong hands-on experience in Tally, GST, Excel, inventory management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
- Manage sales, purchases, expenses, customer and vendor accounts.
- Handle GST returns, reconciliation and coordination with CA.
- Prepare and maintain Excel/MIS reports and monthly financial summaries.
- Manage inventory records, stock movement and stock reconciliation.
- Track production and movement of items across stock, customers,



suppliers and artisans.
- Prepare and manage sales/purchase invoices and related documentation.
- Analyse sales trends and identify fast-moving and slow-moving items.
- Prepare monthly business and operational reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, artisans and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Handle day-to-day operational and administrative activities as required.

Candidate Profile: -

- Experience in Accounts, Finance, Inventory or Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tally and Excel.
- Practical knowledge of GST and bookkeeping.
- Experience managing inventory/stock is required.
- Jewellery, manufacturing, retail or trading experience will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
