We’re Hiring | US Accounting Associate

Are you from a Commerce/Accounting background and looking to build a career in US Accounting?

We’re looking for motivated individuals who have a strong understanding of basic accounting concepts and are willing to learn and work with US accounting practices and software.

This is a great chance for:

B.Com / Commerce graduates and final-year students

Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals

Candidates with experience in Indian accounting

Accountants looking to transition into US Accounting

Candidates who are eager to learn US accounting software and processes

What You’ll Do

Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities

Work on US-based client accounts

Learn and work with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and other US accounting tools

Handle bank and credit-card reconciliations

Record and categorize financial transactions

Assist with accounts payable/receivable and general bookkeeping

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records

Learn US accounting practices, processes, and reporting standards

What We’re Looking For





Strong understanding of basic accounting concepts

B.Com, BBA (Finance/Accounting), or Commerce background preferred

Good communication and analytical skills

Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets

Freshers are welcome

Prior Indian accounting experience is an added advantage

Prior experience with QuickBooks/Xero is a plus, but not mandatory
