We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of Assistant Director, Innovation.
In this role, you will:
Lead innovation and analytics initiatives across multiple regions by converting unclear business problems into well-defined projects with clear success measures.
Create analytical solutions that are reusable and scalable, and drive adoption of those solutions across markets.




Work closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable strategies and delivery plans that improve financial outcomes.
Own end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, including project design, data collection, database design, analysis, and clear communication of results to senior leaders.
Implement strong data management and data governance practices to improve data quality, control, and consistency.
Ensure compliance with applicable policies and internal controls, including data security, anti-money laundering, operational risk, and audit requirements, and close audit actions with documented evidence.
To be successful you will:
Have at least 8 years of relevant experience in analytics or innovation roles, with strong exposure to banking operations or financial services.
