- Responsible for driving sales of Evacuated blood collection tubes, Blood Collection Needles with Flashback, ESR Pipettes in the assigned state.n
- Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of a region across all customer segmentsn
- Identify, develop & manage different channels of business (distributors & direct sales) in the area.n
- Responsible for developing, monitoring sales activities, and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.n
- Explore recent accounts/business opportunities to build Polymed customer pool.n
- Identify market development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability, and category share for assigned customers.n
- To build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.n
- Coordination with purchase authorities and distributor/dealer for ensuring supply and liquidation of products.n
- Ensure a programmatic engagement between the company and KOL.n
