Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to present campaigns and initiatives directly to the public.

• Engage and inspire people to participate actively and support our core objectives.

• Meet and exceed field engagement and outreach targets consistently.

• Build strong rapport and long-lasting relationships with community members.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Basic pay of 15,000 INR per month, with potential earnings up to 25,000 INR.

• Working Days: 26 working days per month with a flexible work arrangement.

• Leave: 4 paid leaves per month.

Requirements:

• minimum SSLC qualification

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and field-engagement skills.
