a) Search job portal & find Relevant cvs,

b) coordinate with them,

c) to send interested candidates' cvs to the concerned co.'s HR

d) need to send co. profile JD, those cvs' shortlisted by client.

2) Coordinate with existing & current Clients (HR) & Build up new client base
