Technical Manager Data & Analytics
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Manager Data & Analytics to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions. This role will be responsible for managing a team of data engineers and BI developers while driving execution of scalable data platforms that support advisory, investments, portfolio management, risk, compliance, and client reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Delivery:
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions.
Implement ETL/ELT processes for structured and semi-structured data.
Develop and support data models, reporting layers, and dashboards.
Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability.
Platform & Architecture Support
Support Azure-based data ecosystem and Databricks Lakehouse platform.




Work closely with architects on data solutions across platforms.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor data engineers, BI developers, and analysts.
Manage task allocation and project delivery timelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Governance & Compliance:
Ensure data governance and compliance standards are met.

Technical Expertise:
Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Databricks, SQL, Azure

Qualifications:
710 years experience in data engineering.
24 years leadership experience.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
