Edify World School, Shamshabad, Hyderabad is looking for an experienced and dynamic IB Principal to lead and establish the school as a high-performing international institution.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for academics, school operations, and overall school development.
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the IB curriculum and programmes.
Drive academic excellence, student development, and high-quality teaching-learning practices.
Build, mentor, and manage a strong team of teachers and academic leaders.
Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive, and student-centric school culture.
Oversee admissions, parent engagement, staff development, and school policies.




Ensure compliance with IB standards and school quality benchmarks.
Lead the planning and development of the school as a foundation/recent school.

Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience in a Principal/IB school leadership role.
Solid experience with IB PYP/MYP/DP preferred.
B.Ed is mandatory.
Experience in establishing or leading a foundation/recent school will be an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, academic, and team-management skills.
Strong understanding of international education and school operations.
