Role & responsibilities
Implementation of the hospitals programme for quality improvement and patient safety.
Manage the activities needed to carry out an effective programme of continuous quality improvement and patient safety.
Lead implementation of JCI & NABH standards.
Drive clinical excellence.
Establish Regular clinical audit Review.
Identify prospects for a quality improvement Programme.
Project Management for all Quality Initiatives for the Functions / Cross Functions.

Quality Process Management System
Coordinate identification & documentation of all critical quality processes.
Maintenance of documented process maps for processes and procedures in the unit.
Conduct Process / Surveillance Audits.
Ensure closure of non-conformities.
Ensure wing to wing and correct measurement standards are put in place.

Medical Quality
Ensure implementation of JCI & NABH standards across the unit.

Training
Facilitate quality training in the zone.
Ensure implementation of various Quality training programs.
