Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with annual business targets.
Plan and execute branch-level marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and product promotion.
Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.
Manage on-ground activations, events, and promotional activities.
Monitor marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on ROI.
Strengthen local brand presence through partnerships and community engagement.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
Experience: 5+ years of experience needed
