3+ years of SAP experience with AMS/Support and Rollout Projects.n
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APO Support (AMS).n
Solid knowledge of SAP APO planning processes and standard business functionalities.n
Experience in Enterprise Structure, Master Data troubleshooting, and Planning Book maintenance.n
Experience in Forecast Validation, Planning Run Monitoring, and APO Job Monitoring.n
Expertise in resolving CIF/Integration issues between ECC/S4HANA and APO.n
Positive understanding of customized business processes/templates.n
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.n
Good communication and customer-facing skills.n
Experience in handling incidents/tickets through tools like ServiceNow/ITSM.n
