nDelivery & Technical Leadership

Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects covering Data, Reporting, and AI initiatives.n
Actively participate in all phases of the SDLC – requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.n
Provide hands-on technical guidance to teams on SQL, SSRS, Power BI, Python, and AI-based solutions.n
Review solution designs, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive technical quality.n

nClient & Stakeholder Management
n

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client engagements.n
Lead and conduct governance meetings with clients, including weekly and monthly reviews.n
Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations in a structured and proactive manner.n

nCommercial & Governance Ownership
n
n
Own effort tracking, utilization, revenue tracking, and profitability for assigned accounts.n
Ensure accurate planning, tracking, and reporting of project metrics.n




Drive compliance with delivery governance, processes, and agreed quality benchmarks.n

nTeam Management
n
n
Mentor and guide project teams, including technical leads and developers.n
Support task planning, allocation, and performance management.n
Ensure continuity through knowledge sharing and backup planning.n

nMandatory Skills

Robust expertise in SQL, Data Analysis, SSRS, MS Power BIn
Working knowledge of Python and AI / Analytics solutionsn
Proven experience in project / delivery management for data-driven programsn
Excellent client communication and governance management skillsn

13+ years of relevant experiencen
Solid balance of technical depth and managerial leadershipn
Experience in client-facing roles within enterprise or BFSI settings is preferredn
