nInnovatiview India is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale Education, ICT, ITES, Digital Learning, and Smart Classroom projects across government departments, educational institutions, and public sector organizations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience planning, executing, and delivering technology-enabled education projects within defined timelines and budgets, with robust stakeholder management skills.
nKey Responsibilities:
nProject Planning & Execution
n

Lead end-to-end implementation of Education, ICT, Smart Classroom, Digital Learning, and IT-enabled projects.n
Develop project plans, implementation schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.n
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality parameters.n
Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to address delays or issues.n





nGovernment Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for Government departments, bureaucrats, and other stakeholders.n
Conduct regular review meetings and provide project status updates to clients and senior management.n
Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-related concerns promptly.n

nTeam Management
n
n
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, operations, procurement, training, and support teams.n
Guide field implementation teams and ensure smooth deployment across project locations.n
Track team performance and ensure adherence to project milestones.n

nVendor & Partner Coordination
n
n
Manage relationships with OEMs, system integrators, implementation partners, and service providers.n
Ensure timely procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning of project components.n
