nAbout the Role :
nWe are looking for a Program Operations Associate to drive seamless execution across our university partnerships and internal teams. This role sits at the core of program delivery—ensuring that launches, learner communications, and operational workflows run with precision. You will work closely with university partners, sales, and internal teams to ensure that every cohort is executed to a high standard.

nKey Responsibilities

Program Launch Coordinationn
Coordinate with university partners on current programs, recent cohorts of existing programs and on program specific.n
Support program launches and ensure operational readiness to go live.n
Coordinate with internal teams- marketing, operations, sales- to ensure smooth launch University & Internal Stakeholder Managementn
Act as a single point of coordination between university stakeholders and internal teamsn
Ensure alignment on schedules, communications, and deliverablesn




Maintain structured updates and documentation Sales & Communication Supportn
Handle specific queries from the sales team related to program delivery and operationsn
Validate and ensure accuracy of information being shared with learnersn
Standardize and manage outbound communication for consistency and clarity Operational Excellencen
Own dispatch tracking (certificates, study materials, etc.) and ensure timely deliveryn
Build and maintain trackers, SOPs, and process documentationn
Identify gaps in execution and drive process improvementsn

0–2 years of experience in operations, program management, or coordination rolesn
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneouslyn
