Role/ Department:

Drive operating model assessment and its evolution across NTAM India to deliver the business' strategic growth and scale objectives. Play an active role in communicating and influencing the change agenda, including leading the successful implementation and adoption of AI across NTAM India.



Provide strategic local leadership across capabilities, including Investment, Product, Risk, Marketing, Research, and Wealth. Ensure robust visibility and presence of NTAM India in the local market and NT. Responsible for attracting and growing talent across NTAM India.

The individual will serve as a senior leader, representing the function in governance forums and key decision-making bodies, while influencing strategic outcomes and fostering alignment across stakeholders.
