Lead the strategic and operational management of the Education Programme across 4 schools, driving educational excellence and student outcomes for children with Intellectual Disability (ID).n
Define individualised learning, development, independence, and transition goals for students.n
Strengthen curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, quality standards, and continuous improvement across schools.n
Develop transition pathways toward adulthood, vocational training, employment, and independent living.n
Build the capabilities of school heads, educators, and support teams through career development, coaching, and best practices.n
Use student and programme data to monitor outcomes, evaluate impact, and drive improvements.n
Foster collaboration across Education, Healthcare, MEL, HR, Finance, Fundraising,



and Communications.n
Build strategic partnerships with government, academic institutions, and sector organisations, and represent the organisation at relevant forums.n
