About the Role

Vijay Copolymers is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Technician to join our R&D; Department . The candidate will be responsible for supporting machine development, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
Support R&D; activities related to industrial machinery and equipment.
Perform machine assembly, testing, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
Assist in machine trials, testing, and performance evaluation.
Support modification and improvement of existing machines.
Read and understand mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical documents.
Work closely with the R&D;, production, and technical teams.




Maintain records of machine trials, technical issues, modifications, and test results.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Follow company safety procedures and technical standards.
Carry out other technical responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements
Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or related technical field .
Relevant hands-on experience in industrial machinery, automation, machine maintenance, assembly, or technical development.

Age: 35–45 Years
Gender: Male / Female – Open to Both
Marital Status: Married candidates preferred
Technically skilled, responsible, practical, and problem-solving oriented.
Candidates with strong hands-on industrial experience will be preferred.

Required Skills
Solid mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
Positive hands-on technical knowledge.
