Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ASM / Business Manager – West Bengal to manage and develop the Dealer & Distributor network across the entire West Bengal region for Domestic Cooking Appliances.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall sales and distribution network across West Bengal.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and channel partners.
Drive sales through the General Trade (GT) channel.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Expand the dealer and distributor network by identifying recent business opportunities.
Ensure effective product availability, visibility and distribution across the market.
Monitor distributor performance, secondary sales and stock levels.
Conduct regular market visits and understand market trends,



competitor activities and customer requirements.
Coordinate with distributors and dealers for schemes, promotions and sales initiatives.
Ensure timely achievement of business targets and improve market penetration.
Lead and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market updates for management.

Candidate Profile
15+ years of experience in sales/channel management, preferably in Consumer Durables / Home Appliances / Kitchen Appliances / Electrical Appliances.
Solid experience in handling Dealer & Distributor Network / General Trade (GT).
Must have experience managing West Bengal market/territory.
Experience in Domestic Cooking Appliances will be highly preferred.
Robust market knowledge and established channel relationships across West Bengal.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
