You analyze and solve complex technical problems in collaboration with other IT teams N
Documentation: You create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge databases and support processes to improve efficiency in the support team N
Proactive monitoring: You implement monitoring tools for proactive system monitoring and early detection of potential issues N
Release to Production:
Packaging and rollout coordination, rollout monitoring (ticket analysis) and the creation of changes and administrative orders as well as associated scripts N
Project support: You participate in IT projects, including the introduction of new technologies and systems as well as the optimization of existing processes N
Customer interaction: You are in email contact with internal customers, clarifying technical inquiries and offering solutions N
nQualifications

Several years of experience (8+) in programming with profound knowledge in ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL programming N
Several years of experience (4+) in Visual Studio and TFS N
A positive command of English is a must N
Experience (4+) in Confluence and JIRA rest services N
