nWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Contact Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a skilled and empathetic manner N
Resolve customer issuesefficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels N
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers N
Assist the team in enhancing customer service processes and quality N




Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail N

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills N
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities N
Patient, positive, and detail-oriented mindset N
Previous customer service experience is an added advantage N
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus N
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent N

nSalary & Advantages

CTC: ₹26,000 – ₹38,000 per month N
Night Shift Allowance: Additional compensation for hours worked beyond 40 per week N
