Job Description
We are seeking a energetic and proactive skilled with prior experience of working closely with the music artist community and labels - ideally in artist management, distribution or a related domain. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the music ecosystem and a passion for discovering and nurturing emerging talent.
nKey Responsibilities:

Identify rising independent artists on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Spotify etc.n
Sign and manage artists for distributionn
Identify labels / catalogues for acquisition. Evaluate revenues and close contracts for acquisitionn
Negotiate contract with artistn
Collaborate with internal teams and partners for releasesn
Monitor and analyze KPI'sn
Attend showcases and artist community eventsn
Build relationships with managers/producers/ songwritersn
