Experience with AWS and on-prem server architecture. N
Solid understanding of cloud migration methodologies, especially lift-and-shift. N
Understanding network protocols and cloud network design. N
Familiarity with AWS services: EC2, VPC, ELB, S3, IAM, CloudWatch. N
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. N
AWS certification (Solution Architect or SysOps Administrator) is a bonus. N
nKey Responsibilities

Perform lift-and-shift migration of on-premises servers to AWS. N
Utilize AWS Migration Service (MGN)
and MGN orchestrator tool known as Cloud Migration Factory (CMF). N
Design and configure networking components like VPCs, subnets, security groups, and load balancers. N
Implement load balancing solutions, such as ALB, NLB and configure DNS. N
Ensuring security and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle. N
Troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and provide performance optimization. N
Create and maintain migration documentation, procedures and post migration support for application during the hyper care period. N
