About the Role:As part of the Bank's sales force whose primary responsibility is to get customers for the bank and explore current business opportunities. SMs manage a team of executives responsible for selling loan products to the customers based on their needs. They will ensure mapping of market and customers according to their need generating leads and handle queries to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Business Goals & Profitability
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets for the product.
Drive productivity by generating leads through different channels, referrals and open market initiatives.
Identify and convert prospects for cross-selling prospects (insurance, forex, etc).

Sales & Channel Development




Engage with Branch Resources and manage lead generation from different channel and drive growth, support branch staff in pitching and closing deals.
Increase product awareness, implement local marketing initiatives and drive the business.
Responsible for collaboration & Cross sell, VAS products penetration.

Team Management
Manage team of ROs, monitor performance, and provide coaching and mentoring.
Drive motivation and engagement through regular reviews and recognition.

Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure strict adherence to KYC norms, documentation standards, and process compliance.
Monitor sourcing quality and prevent mis-selling or documentation lapses.

Customer Experience
Oversee a fulfilling customer journey leading to customer delight and making the Bank the partner of choice.
Increase customer retention and drive engagement across existing customers to improve Net Promoter Score, customer satisfaction.
