About the Role

We are looking for an investment skilled who is genuinely curious about businesses and enjoys understanding how companies are built, scaled and financed.

The role involves working closely with the investment team across the full investment lifecycle — from identifying and evaluating new opportunities to conducting due diligence, supporting transactions and working with portfolio companies post-investment.

We are looking for someone who can go beyond numbers to understand founders, markets, products, customers, business models and growth drivers, and develop an independent perspective on investment opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate strategy, high-growth startups, or other analytical/strategy-oriented roles
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Genuine interest in startups, technology,



businesses and investing
Strong understanding of business fundamentals including:
Revenue and growth
Margins
P&L;
Unit economics
Cash flows
Key business metrics
Ability to conduct market, industry and company-level research
Strong financial modelling and data analysis skills
Ability to form an independent point of view on businesses and investment opportunities
Exposure to transactions, due diligence, investment evaluation or working closely with businesses is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to clearly articulate insights, analysis and recommendations
High ownership and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
Intellectual curiosity, humility and a strong willingness to learn
