Job Description

This is a Senior Leadership role responsible for getting approvals, managing government relationships, tracking regulatory changes, and ensuring client's projects in Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad move smoothly without delays.
Lead and expedite regulatory approvals, permits, and statutory clearances for development projects across South India.
Build and maintain robust relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and utility providers.
Monitor infrastructure developments, urban planning policies, zoning regulations, and growth corridors to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and manage a centralized regulatory intelligence and knowledge repository, including approvals, contacts,



policy updates, and best practices.
Establish and oversee a digital permit-tracking system with dashboards, governance metrics, and real-time reporting.
Set up and lead a specialized permitting function for data centers and other digital infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with power utilities, telecom providers, environmental authorities, and other stakeholders for infrastructure-related approvals.
Lead and mentor regional teams across Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
Standardize approval processes, governance frameworks, and operational playbooks across the region.
Identify risks, resolve approval bottlenecks, and ensure timely project execution while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Provide strategic insights on city development trends and emerging investment prospects across key South Indian markets.
